Warranty & Exchange

Warranty policy for merchandise with local warranty?

  • Merchandise with local warranty can be sent for service at the respective service centers within the warranty period.
  • Both the winners receipt and transaction receipt must be presented at the respective service centers for warranty claims.
  • CPCM does not provide any warranty claims or exchange in our stores.

Exchange policy for merchandise without local warranty?

  • All merchandise redeemed are strictly non-exchangeable or refundable.
  • In the event of defects, all non local warranty merchandise can be exchanged within 3 days.
  • Both the receipt and membership card must be presented for the exchange.
  • Exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated 3 days time period.
  • Used and damaged items due to wear and tear are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable - there are no exceptions to this.

Registration?

  • Needs to be 6 years old and above
  • Please provide us with your Name, Mobile & Date of Birth
  • This info will only be used for verification purposes during prize redemption and replacement of lost and stolen cards

Forgot or Lost your card?

  • Card can be replaced for $4
  • Strictly NO COMBINING of Member Cards.

Ticket receipts

Can ticket receipts be added to member card?

  • Ticket Receipts CANNOT be added to Member Card
  • If the Machine has an ERROR, DO NOT print receipt. Please ask for HELP from our staff.

Member identity verification Required

Redemption of products with 50,000 tickets and above?

  • Verification of NRIC/SingPass/Driving License/ Student Pass is required.
  • Card Owner has to be present in order to process the redemption.
  • In the event that the card owner is not present to exchange for the product, an Authorization Letter AND photo of NRIC/Driving License from the original card owner must be presented.
  • All data from the verification process is strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed.

What makes a CPCM birthday party special?

Every party includes access to our Party Exclusive Play Buffet in a vibrant, carnival-like setting, with birthday-themed add-ons and flexible timing slots.

How do I book my birthday party?

All birthday party bookings are only available on our website

  • Secure your slot here.
  • Payment details and confirmation will be sent to you via your registered email during our office hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

How far in advance should I book my birthday party?

All Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance, and can be secured up to 6 months ahead - subject to availability.

What are the available timings for my birthday party?

Birthday party slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and depend on availability. Each session can run up to 2 hours depending on your selected package.

Available time slots:

  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Where will the birthday party be held?

Birthday parties are hosted exclusively in our Party Room at Suntec City (Basement 1). However, guests can enjoy game machines across both Level 3 and B1.

Is there an age restriction?

All children under aged 16 and below are welcome to join in the fun!

Do I need to arrive earlier on the day of our event?

To ensure that you make the most of your booking, you may arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled time slot for basic set up and preparation. Please inform us in advance via your registered email for necessary arrangements.

Do I need a membership card?

To enjoy exclusive member benefits and discounts, please ensure your card is registered with us at any Cow Play Cow Moo outlet. Eligibility for any promotional offers or member discounts listed on our website is subject to the following conditions:

  • A valid and registered membership card number must be provided (e.g. CPCMR123456)
  • Only one membership can be used per transaction and booking.
  • CPCM reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw any membership privileges or terms without prior notice.
  • CPCM is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged membership cards.
  • Membership privileges are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Lost cards can be replaced for $4 in our store.

How does Party Exclusive Play Buffet work?

Party Exclusive Play Buffet can last up to 80 minutes (depending on your selected package).

Your time will start from the first tap.

  • Limited to 1 use per machine per guest. After each tap, a 20-second cooldown will commence before the card can be used again. Once a machine has been played, you will need to switch to a different machine.
  • Once your playtime ends, the card will automatically expire and must be returned to the counter.
  • Tickets collected during play must be transferred to your Member Card on the same day. Non-members can register at the cashier to claim their tickets.

Exclusions & Restrictions:

  • Purchase of Play Buffet packages do not qualify for use with other promotions (e.g., Kuji).
  • Games Included: Claw Machines | Ticket Games | Rhythm Games | Carnival Games | Photo Booth | Sweetland

What is a birthday voucher?

On the day of the party, each child will receive:

  • 1 × $10 Top-Up Voucher (worth 50 tokens)
  • 1 × $20 Top-Up Voucher (worth 100 tokens)

How to use the vouchers:

  • To redeem the voucher, parents/guardians must register their child for a Member Card at the counter.
  • Existing members may simply use the voucher to top up their current Member Card.
  • Important: Vouchers cannot be used to top up Play Buffet Cards.

Voucher Terms & Conditions:

  • The voucher will only be valid for one month from the date of issue.
  • Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions.
  • Tokens will only be credited to the specified Member Card.
  • Damaged, lost, or invalid vouchers will not be accepted.
  • CPCM reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating, you agree to these terms and any future changes.

Payment and Policies

What is the minimum and maximum number of guests allowed?

Each birthday party session can accommodate:

  • Minimum: 10 children
  • Maximum: 20 children (Accompanying adults are welcome to attend as well.)

Are school uniforms allowed for the event?

To ensure a neutral and safe environment, school uniforms or attire bearing any school name or logo are not permitted during the event.

Do I need to make full payment upon booking the appointment?

Full payment is required upon receiving an email from us and must be paid within a specified timeframe.

Will I need to sign any waivers or pay a deposit?

A refundable deposit (including a $1 deposit for each card) will be stated in your confirmation email along with payment details. The deposit will be fully refunded after the event if the following conditions are met:

  • No damage has been caused to arcade machines, furniture and facilities.
  • All Party Exclusive Play Buffet cards are returned in its original condition.
  • The venue is cleaned and restored to its original condition.
  • All guests comply with Singapore laws and venue rules, including no smoking, vaping, or any illegal activities within the premises.
  • If damages or violations exceed the deposit amount, guests will be held liable for any additional charges.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

Please inform us via your registered email at least 2 weeks in advance if you wish to reschedule.

  • Any rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
  • No-shows or failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiture of the package, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I request for a refund?

All sales are final; refunds are not available.

Food and Beverage Arrangements

Can we bring our own food, drinks, and cake?

Food packages from Café USAGI Tokyo (recommended):

  • CPCM offers convenient snack packages in collaboration with Café USAGI Tokyo.
  • Orders must be submitted through CPCM at least 7 days in advance.
  • Complimentary delivery is available for orders above $200.

Bringing your own food & cake (other supplier)

  • You may bring your own food, drinks, and birthday cake.
  • All food and drinks must be consumed inside the party room only.
  • Guests are responsible for arranging their own delivery and setup if using other suppliers.
  • Cooking and alcohol are strictly NOT allowed.

Do you provide plates, utensils, or other party supplies?

No, we do not provide plates, utensils, tissues, drinks, party hats, or other supplies. Customers are required to bring these items themselves.

Venue Details and Items Provided

What facilities are available in the party room?

Our party room is equipped with:

  • Refrigerator and freezer for storing food
  • Microwave for reheating food

(Please bring your own party supplies such as party hats, paper plates, utensils, napkins, and other decorations.)

Can birthday party packages be booked at every Cow Play Cow Moo outlet?

No, parties are hosted exclusively at our flagship Cow Play Cow Moo outlet located in Suntec City Level B1, beside the redemption area.

Special Requests and Customisations

Will there be a party host?

No, we do not provide a host. Customers are encouraged to plan and manage their own activities and schedule, provided the party concludes within the allocated time.

Where will the event be held?

Corporate events are hosted exclusively in our Event Room at Suntec City (Basement 1). However, guests can enjoy game machines across both Level 3 and B1.

How do I book a corporate event?

All event bookings are only available here.
Our team will respond to your enquiry during our office hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

How early should I book?

All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance, and can be secured up to 6 months ahead subject to availability.

What is the booking process?

  1. Register online through the form
  2. Review and confirm event details with our team
  3. Complete the disclaimer form and payment
  4. Booking confirmed — you’re all set!

What time slots are available for corporate events?

Corporate event slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and depend on availability. Each session can run up to 1.5 hours depending on your selected package.

Commonly Available Time Slots:

  • 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM / 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM / 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Important: This voucher may only be used once and cannot be applied to Party Exclusive Play Buffet cards.
