1. Registration & Eligibility

1.1. Registration Details: Participants must register with accurate personal details. Providing false information will result in immediate disqualification.
1.2. Previous Winners Clause: Previously qualified participants are not allowed to register again. If found, they will be automatically disqualified.
1.3. Registration Fee: A mandatory fee applies per entry. This fee is non-refundable.
1.4. Bracket Placement: Players will draw lots for their bracket placing before the round begins.
1.5. Capacity: Participation is limited to the bracket size determined by the store.
1.6. Membership: Cow Play Cow Moo membership is not required. Participation is open to the general public.

2.1. Machine Use: All matches will be played on official Animal Kaiser+ machines.
2.2. Standard Format (Even Numbers): Matches are 1 vs 1 in a Best-of-Three format. The first player to win two rounds advances.
2.3. Round Robin Format (Odd Numbers): In the event of an odd number of participants (e.g., 7, 15), the staff will randomly assign three (3) participants to a Round Robin group.

These three players will compete against each other.
Tie-Breaker (HP Gauge): In a scenario where all 3 players secure one win each (Circular Tie), the winner will be determined by the Highest Remaining HP Gauge recorded across their winning matches.

2.4. Card Legality: Only official, unaltered Animal Kaiser+ cards are permitted.
2.5. Counterfeit Policy: Counterfeit, modified, or damaged cards are strictly prohibited.

3.1. BYO Cards: Players must bring and use their own Animal Kaiser+ cards.
3.2. Tampering: Any tampering, physical damage, or aggressive interference with the machine will result in immediate disqualification.
3.3. Technical Stoppages: If a machine error occurs, the match will be replayed subject to the Umpire’s decision.

4.1. Reporting Time: Players must report 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
4.2. Late Forfeiture: Players more than 5 minutes late after being called will forfeit the match.
4.3. Schedule: No rescheduling is allowed once the bracket begins.
4.4. Contingency Schedule: If the participant count does not reach the maximum capacity (16 players) by the original start time, registration will be extended until 3:00 PM. The competition will then commence strictly at 3:00 PM.

5.1. Authority: Umpires have full authority to enforce rules and make judgment calls. All umpire decisions are final.
5.2. Zero Tolerance: Cheating, verbal abuse, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.
5.3. Coaching: Coaching or outside interference is strictly prohibited.

6.1. Participation Prize: All registered participants will receive one (1) Promotion Card.
6.2. Champion Prize: Only the Tournament Champion (Top 1) will be awarded the Champion Card.
6.3. Collection: Prizes must be collected immediately after the tournament.

7.1. Guest Behaviour & Attire: Guests must comply with Cow Play Cow Moo’s venue rules and Singapore laws, including: No smoking, vaping, or illegal activities; No disruptive or inappropriate behavior; and guests in school uniforms are not allowed to enter the arcade.
7.2. Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times within the event area. Parents or legal guardians remain fully responsible for the minor's conduct and safety throughout the event.
7.3. Liability: Guests use all arcade machines and equipment at their own risk. Cow Play Cow Moo is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost items, and is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss occurring during use of the venue.
7.4. Force Majeure: The venue will not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, power failures, or government restrictions).
7.5. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cow Play Cow Moo, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the actions or behavior of guests.

8.1. Consent: By attending, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use, including on social media, marketing materials, and the venue website.
8.2. Opt-Out: Participants who prefer not to appear in photos or videos should inform staff before the event. Incidental capture in the background of general event footage is permitted.

9.1. Compliance: To maintain fairness and efficiency, participants must follow instructions from all event staff (Registration, Umpires, and Line Facilitators).
9.2. Final Right: Cow Play Cow Moo reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms and Conditions to maintain fairness and safety.
